Annual plans run 12 months with a 14-day money-back window from contract start — if MarketEson isn't a fit, we refund the first invoice, no negotiation. Month-to-month plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. No "annual auto-renew traps": we email a renewal reminder 30 and 7 days before any annual renewal date.
Tracking credits roll over for up to 30 days on annual plans, and we alert your account admin at 75% and 90% of the monthly allowance. Overage on Growth is billed at $0.0009 per additional keyword tracked per day. Most teams never hit overage — the 250,000-credit Growth allowance is sized for a typical 800-page editorial calendar.

The Agency tier is already priced for multi-client portfolios (47-client workspaces are common among our 600+ partner agencies). For white-label rollouts above 100 clients or partner programs, we offer negotiated Agency+ pricing — bring your client roster to the demo and we'll quote per-seat on the call.
MarketEson completes a SOC 2 Type II audit and full GDPR data-processing-agreement review in 2025; your security team can request the latest penetration-test summary, subprocessors list, and DPA from [email protected]. All plans include SSO via Google and Microsoft on day one; SAML SSO is included on Scale and available as an add-on on Growth.
